What Is the Filing Fee?

There is no associated filing fee for completing Form I-9. This form is not filed with USCIS or any government agency. Form I-9 must be retained by the employer and made available for inspection by US Government officials as specified in the Privacy Act Notice below.

그러나 잘못 Filing이 된 경우나, Missing I-9 Form에 대한 Penalty는 있습니다. 따라서 언제든지 Audit을 맞을 준비를 해 놓으셔야 합니다. 준비시에는 Payroll Register에 있는 모든 사람들이 있어야 하므로, 이 순서대로 filing을 해 놓으시는것이 좋습니다.
