During the speech, he stopped speaking or misunderstood that he was running for the senator after forgetting to run for president.

The reason he was running for president even though he knew he was suffering from dementia was because the leadership of the Democratic Party had an ambition to serve as president in the order of vice president and chairman of the House of Representatives if Biden was unable to serve as president.

Therefore, left-wing media such as CNN, WP, and NYT do not report any of Biden's symptoms.
