즉, 괴롭힘을 주는 일체의 행동이 모두 포함되고 가장 흔한 complaint이기 때문에 가장 유의하고 조심스럽게, 또한 철저하게 즉각적으로 다루어야 하는 부분입니다.

Unwelcome conduct (uninvited, uninitiated, or unwanted) of a sexual nature sexually oriented  that would offend a reasonable person  and is used as a basis for making employment decisions; or unreasonable interference with an individual’s work performance; or creates an intimidating, hostile or offensive work environment.
